The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, in response to a question from Izvestia on Wednesday, June 4, said that awarding the head of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen with the Charlemagne Prize is evidence of a low level of professionalism.
"Low professional level. I don't even want to start talking about morality," Zakharova said.
