Experts have named the cost of the most expensive apartments in Russia

The most expensive apartment for sale is located in Moscow, its cost is 2.7 billion rubles. This was told by analysts of the Domclick service, who conducted a study of the luxury real estate market.

The leader of the rating was a penthouse in Moscow, located in a clubhouse in Granatny Lane, near Patriarchal Ponds. For 2.7 billion rubles, buyers are offered 900 square meters without decoration, as well as four parking spaces with a total area of 58 square meters. The building has an exclusive infrastructure, including a fitness club, a swimming pool, a spa area, a beauty salon and a library with a children's playroom. The house territory is landscaped and is under 24-hour security.

In second place in terms of cost is a family residence with an area of 443.4 sq. m. m in the clubhouse in the Moscow district "Khamovniki".
