Sobyanin spoke about the advantages of an innovative kindergarten using modular technology

The construction of Moscow's first kindergarten, built using modular technology, has been completed in the Izmailovo district of the capital. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told about this in his Telegram channel.

The facility has a capacity of 300 places and consists of 114 factory modules, which were assembled on the site within two weeks. For comparison, a similar stage of construction using traditional technology takes from six to nine months.

"An important advantage is the durability and high degree of readiness immediately after the production of such modules. They have all the necessary mortgages for engineering systems, so installation does not take much time," said Sobyanin.

The modular approach has significantly reduced the construction time of the building without compromising on quality. All modules were manufactured in the factory, which ensured quality control at every stage. Only the assembly of structures was carried out at the construction site.

The new preschool has everything necessary for full functioning: 12 groups, a medical unit, security facilities, a food hall, gym and music halls. The interiors are decorated with decorative paintings, the facade is made in a restrained color scheme.

The project was implemented as part of the development of Moscow's social infrastructure using modern construction solutions.
