Putin called the theme of heroism of soldiers a constant of Russian culture

The theme of the heroism of Russian soldiers is one of the constants of Russian culture. This was announced on June 4 by Russian President Vladimir Putin in a message to the organizers, participants and guests of the XI Red Square Book Festival.

"The theme of the heroism of our soldiers is one of the constants of Russian culture," reads a telegram on the Kremlin's website.

Putin added that the best examples of military prose and poetry are a genuine national treasure of the Russian Federation.

In addition, according to him, this year the main theme of the book festival will be the anniversary of the Great Victory. The Head of State also noted that the event provides a good opportunity to immerse oneself in the atmosphere of Russian literature, as well as evaluate classical and modern works.
