Travel management service has become available to MAX users

The Ozon Travel online booking service is integrated into the new MAX digital platform. Users of the service can buy air and train tickets, book hotels and tours without leaving the application.

"We are working to expand the number of services in demand among users at MAX and are pleased that Ozon has joined our project. Now, to arrange a tour, the user does not need to go from application to application and search for paid tickets in the mail — all documents are collected in one dialog box in MAX," said Anton Mityaev, Director of Business Development at MAX.

"Ozon Travel is currently one of the top 5 online travel booking services. And according to the results of the 1st quarter of 2025, our turnover increased 1.5 times year on year. The number of users of our separate application, which we launched in February of this year, reached 1.2 million people in a month. I would like to note that we also remain in the application of the main Ozon marketplace, and now we have joined the MAX application. We try to cover various platforms and ensure the active development of the service, a high level of quality and convenience for customers and partners," added Maria Kolesnichenko, Commercial Director of Ozon Travel.

MAX is a digital platform developed by VK, which integrates a messenger, chatbots, mini—applications, the GigaChat 2.0 neural network assistant, the YCLIENTS notification service, and a money transfer system for Alfa-Bank and VTB clients. The Ozon online platform connects more than 600,000 entrepreneurs with 58 million active buyers. Sellers create a wide range of 370 million products on the site, and their sales account for more than 90% of the marketplace's turnover. The company provides businesses with digital, logistics and advertising services for the development of online sales.

The company is developing additional business verticals, including fintech services from Ozon Bank, Ozon fresh fast food delivery service and Ozon Travel travel booking service.

Ozon Travel's partners include more than 600 airlines, about 80,000 hotels in Russia and over 1.5 million worldwide. Ozon Travel is one of the Top 5 online hotel booking services, and the number of accommodation facilities under a direct contract with the service has increased sixfold. In the first quarter, the turnover of the housing booking business increased almost threefold.
