The Public Relations Center of the Federal Security Service of Russia showed on Wednesday, June 4, footage of the interrogation of women who collaborated with the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

"In August 2023, she proactively collected and transmitted information about the situation of units of the Ministry of Defense in the territory of the Republic of Crimea," said one of the detainees.

She clarified that the data transfer took place through the Telegram channel, which was used by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

It is specified that the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked military units in Crimea after receiving information about their location from a woman recruited by the Ukrainian special services.

The detention in Crimea of two women who passed information about military facilities in the region to the Ukrainian special services became known earlier that day. One of the detainees contacted the administrator of the Telegram channel, coordinated by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and offered to help collect information about military facilities for an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The second woman from Sevastopol collected and transmitted to the SBU information about a serviceman of the Russian Black Sea Fleet. Criminal cases were opened on this fact under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("High treason in the form of espionage"). The women were taken into custody.
