The Russian Armed Forces hit a Ukrainian air defense system with an Iskander in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Russian military personnel have launched an attack with the Iskander-M tactical missile system (OTRK) on the IRIS-T anti-aircraft missile system of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published the objective control footage on June 4.

It is specified that the Armed Forces of Russia hit a foreign-made air defense system in the area of the village of Zhelobok, Dnipropetrovsk region.

According to the ministry, as a result of the strike, a radar station and an anti-aircraft missile launcher, as well as a combat control cabin and two escort vehicles were destroyed.

The Ministry of Defense clarifies that any terrorist attacks and provocations by Kiev will not go unanswered.

On June 1, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that the Russian Armed Forces had hit the Ukrainian Armed Forces tent camp at the Novomoskovsk training ground in the Dnipropetrovsk region with the help of the Iskander missile defense system. The objective monitoring footage provided by the agency shows that the targets were destroyed.
