In the Zaporozhye region, the power transmission network is damaged due to an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 4 by the governor of the region Evgeny Balitsky.

"As a result of the UAV attack, the power transmission network was damaged/ <...> Please be prepared for a possible power outage and remain calm," Balitsky wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, specialists of regional electric networks (RES) are currently working on troubleshooting.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked facilities in the Russian Federation at least 107 times in a month.

Earlier that day, the administration of the Zaporizhia region reported that there was no electricity supply in the region. Then the authorities called on local residents to cooperate and be vigilant on the roads.
