The Chinese Foreign Ministry called on the parties to the Ukrainian conflict to exercise restraint

The Russian and Ukrainian sides must show restraint to protect the safety of the civilian population. This was reported to RIA Novosti on June 4 by the press service of the Chinese Foreign Ministry.

"China's position on the Ukrainian crisis is consistent and clear. <...> (China. — Ed.) calls on the relevant parties to exercise maximum restraint," the agency cites the agency's statement.

In Moscow, Kiev's actions were called a pain, overcoming which has become one of its goals.

Earlier in the day, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador—at-Large Rodion Miroshnik told Izvestia that Kiev's main goal in organizing sabotage on Russian territory was to force Moscow to leave the negotiation process.
