The most profitable regions for mining cryptocurrencies from home in volumes that do not require registration in the register of miners (up to 6 thousand kW per month) are the Republic of Khakassia, the Murmansk Region and Bashkiria. This was announced on June 4 by the ACRA rating agency.

"Taking into account both a complete and partial ban on cryptocurrency mining in 13 regions of Russia, it will be cheaper to carry out this type of activity within the allocated limit in 2025 in the Republic of Khakassia," RIA Novosti quotes the agency's research.

According to ACRA, for a total of a year, with electricity consumption of 6 thousand kW per month, it will cost 162 thousand rubles for those living in apartments with an electric stove, and 157 thousand rubles if there is electric heating in the house.

It is specified that the second and third places in the rating are occupied by the Murmansk region and Bashkiria. In addition, it is also profitable to engage in "home" mining in the Tyumen region, the agency claims.
