The calculation of MLRS "Grad" destroyed the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Red Army area

The calculation of the BM-21 Grad multiple launch rocket system of the Aleysky Motorized Rifle unit of the Center group of forces carried out an accurate strike on the concentrations of manpower and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on June 4.

It is noted that before completing the task, the gunners received intelligence from the operators of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) about the presence of a large number of enemy equipment and personnel in the area.

The ministry added that the exit to the firing position and the shooting itself were carried out under the cover of an air attack group with constant fire adjustments using drones. After firing a salvo, the soldiers quickly changed their firing position. It is specified that they used 122-millimeter rockets in their work.

"The equipment is good, it does not fail, [it works] without whims, it is maneuverable, it does not fall over and calmly holds the road," said Alexander Dergachev, an electrician at the Grad MLRS.

According to the commander of the combat vehicle, Andrei Rakovenko, the Grad allows you to inflict fire damage on enemy concentrations at a distance of up to 20 km.

On June 2, the Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of the AFU UAV control center by the crew of the T-72B3M tank of the Center group of forces. It was noted that after the first sighting shot, the crew made adjustments and successfully hit the target.
