The Su-34 crew struck at the temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the special operation zone

The crew of the Su-34 multifunctional supersonic fighter-bomber of the Aerospace Forces (VKS) struck a temporary deployment point of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the zone of a special military operation. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on June 4.

It is specified that the strike was carried out at specified coordinates using aerial bombs with a universal planning and correction module. After receiving confirmation from intelligence about the destruction of a given target, the crew returned safely to the departure airfield, the department added.

On June 3, the Ministry of Defense reported that an army aviation strike group of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the area of responsibility of the South group of forces. The ministry noted that the group consisted of the Ka-52m Alligator reconnaissance and attack helicopter, the Mi-28NM Night Hunter attack helicopter and the Mi-8 multipurpose helicopter.
