Lee Jae-myung wins South Korean presidential election


Lee Jae-myung, a candidate from the opposition Democratic Party of Korea, won the presidential election in the country, gaining 49.42% of the vote after processing 100% of the ballots. This is evidenced by the voting results published on June 4 by the Yonhap news agency.
His opponent, Kim Moon-soo, a presidential candidate from the Conservative People's Power Party, scored 41.15%.
