Certified life coach, expert in the field of emotional intelligence and self-development Alena Boryesson told how to deal with brain fatigue.

In an interview with Radio 1 on Tuesday, June 3, the specialist listed the symptoms by which brain fatigue can be determined. She attributed laziness to thinking, lack of a sense of inspiration to those.

"In addition to the impact of work, there are a number of other factors — the presence of control, stress in the workplace, the ability to make decisions, and a sense of self-importance. All emotional and cognitive components are affected," the psychologist explained.

According to her, when severe fatigue occurs, it is important to determine at a basic level what is happening inside, to evaluate it at a physiological level from 0 to 10. After that, it's worth taking a break — "let the system reboot." Borjesson stressed that scrolling through social networks is not considered a vacation, because it also takes energy, rather than restoring it, according to Moscow 24.

The day before, Borjesson warned that overtime overloads the brain and takes away energy. According to her, it is often the duration of work that affects changes in thinking, writes Life.ru .

On May 23, therapist and cardiologist Andrey Kondrakhin called chronic fatigue a possible sign of diabetes. According to him, we can also talk about anemia of any localization, oncology, and cardiovascular disease.
