The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) intercepted a missile that was fired by the Houthis from the Yemeni Ansar Allah movement. This was announced on June 3 by the IDF press service.
"A missile launched from Yemen was intercepted," the press service said in a Telegram channel.
It is clarified that before the IDF intercepted the rocket, an alert was issued in some areas of Israel.
On May 2, Al Masirah TV channel reported that the Hussites from the Ansar Allah movement attacked Ben Gurion Airport, which is located in Tel Aviv, using a Zulfikar-type ballistic missile.
