Voting on the Summer in Moscow project has begun in Active Citizen: residents of the capital are invited to choose topics and event formats of interest to them. This was announced by Deputy Mayor Natalia Sergunina.

"The survey participants will determine the most popular directions of the event program from 14 options. Among them are history, music, cinema, sports, charity, ecology," Sergunina said.

In each category, citizens will mark the events they plan to attend. These can include lectures on literature on Sretensky Boulevard and art readings at the Vorontsovo Estate, book fairs and meetings with famous writers.

The list of charity events includes the Moscow Helps campaign at district venues and the City of Caring festival in the Bauman Garden, where toys, tableware, candles and other goods from non—profit organizations will be sold.

Those interested in history are invited to evaluate the guided tours of the "Heritage around Us" project, the "Times and Epochs" and "Estates of Moscow" festivals.

In addition, the survey participants will choose events in the categories of gastronomy, fashion and beauty, family and children, dancing and others.

"Summer in Moscow" is the main project of the warm season, which started on June 1. Immersive productions, theatrical performances, cooking classes and other events are planned within its framework. They will be held until September 7 at 400 locations throughout the city.
