Putin dismissed Deputy director of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Khabarovsk


Russian President Vladimir Putin has dismissed Lieutenant General Alexander Khabarov, Deputy Director of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) of Russia. The relevant decree was published on June 3 on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Khabarov has served as deputy head of the Federal Penitentiary Service since June 2020.
"To release Alexander Vladimirovich Khabarov, Lieutenant General of the internal Service, from the post of deputy director of the Federal Penitentiary Service," the presidential decree says.
It is specified that the document comes into force from the date of its signing.
On the same day, Putin dismissed Colonel-General Ilya Denisov, Deputy head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, who had held the post since 2019. Prior to that, he was the head of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow.
