The "yellow" weather hazard level due to the risk of fires has been extended in Moscow until Thursday, June 5. The Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation announced this on Tuesday, June 3.
"The warning period until 1:00 a.m. on June 5 is a high fire hazard of the fourth class," the Moscow City News agency quoted the message as saying.
A similar warning will be in effect in the Moscow region, Moscow 24 clarifies.
The fourth level of weather danger was also announced in the Ryazan, Vladimir, Tula, Kaluga, Bryansk, Belgorod regions, writes RIAMO. At the same time, in the Yaroslavl region, the fire hazard has reached the fifth class.

Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at Meteonosti, said on June 2 that the capital region expects comfortable summer weather without significant precipitation in the first half of the week.
