As a result of the detonation of a submunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), a resident of Gorlovka, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), was injured. This was announced on June 3 by the mayor of the city, Ivan Prikhodko.

"As a result of the detonation of a VFU kolokolchik—type submunition, a civilian resident of Gorlovka was injured," the mayor wrote on his Telegram channel.

The current condition of the victim is not specified.

The day before, two civilians were injured as a result of an attack by an APU drone on a car in the Belgorod region. It was clarified that one of the victims suffered a mine explosion injury, as well as shrapnel wounds to his leg and shoulder, and the second suffered a barotrauma.
