The Lensovet Theater announced Boyarsky's return to the stage


The Lensovet Theater announced the return to the stage of the People's Artist of the RSFSR Mikhail Boyarsky, who did not participate in the performances due to a fracture and bruise during rehearsal. This was announced on June 3 in the press service of the theater.
"Friends, we have great news.: Today, the role of Erast Petrovich in the play "In this Sweet Old House" will be performed by Mikhail Boyarsky," follows from a publication on the theater's Telegram channel.
Larisa Luppian, the artist's wife and artistic director of the Lensovet Theater, told Izvestia that Boyarsky's health had improved.
"It's fine, everything is fine, everything is much better. <...> He was at home, went to the country, everything is fine," she said.
In addition, she added that, perhaps, the artist will go on stage on June 8, if nothing threatens his health.
Earlier, on May 5, it was reported that the Lensovet Theater suspended performances with Boyarsky's participation after his fall during a rehearsal. The injury became known on April 19. The actor stumbled and fell, after which he went to the hospital. Then the artist's wife Larisa Luppian said that doctors had temporarily banned him from playing on stage.
