Employees of the Investigative Committee (IC RF) took testimony from a motorcyclist who was injured in an accident with a Rolls-Royce in St. Petersburg. This was reported on May 3 by the 78 TV channel.

"The staff of the Investigative Committee came to the ward to Mavlet E., who was injured in an accident with a luxury car. The victim gives evidence," the publication says.

The man said that he was not in the right condition to answer questions from media representatives. He is due to undergo repeated surgery today.

It is reported that Rolls-Royce driver Sergei Sosorev, who ran over a biker, was taken out of the police department, where he was interrogated. After that, the man was taken to a temporary detention facility on Vasilyevsky Island, where he will remain until the court decides on the measure of restraint. He did not answer the journalists' questions.

The accident occurred on June 1 at the intersection of Peterhof Highway and Admiral Tributs Street in St. Petersburg. The next day, on June 2, the injured motorcyclist told Izvestia that he was preparing for surgery. At that time, the identity of the alleged Rolls-Royce driver was already established — he turned out to be Sergey Sosorev, 37-year-old chairman of the board of TSN Vsevolozhsky 29.

According to an eyewitness, the driver and passenger of the foreign car approached the victim after the collision, but did not provide assistance, but began to hide their tracks.
