In the first week of summer, price fluctuations are expected in the range of 77.5–84 rubles per dollar, 88-94 rubles per euro and 10.8–11.5 rubles per yuan, according to Spartak Sobolev, head of Research and Investment Strategies at Alfa-Forex. He told Izvestia about this on June 3.

On June 3, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation set the exchange rate of the American currency at 79.1 rubles, the European currency at 90.3 rubles, and the Chinese currency at 10.9 rubles. At the same time, according to the Moscow Stock Exchange, on June 2, the yuan is trading at 10.9 rubles.

"Quotes continue to fluctuate under the influence of geopolitical factors, as well as possible changes in the monetary policy of the Bank of Russia. The regulator will hold a scheduled meeting on the key rate next Friday," Sobolev summed up.

On April 8, the Central Bank of Russia reported that the ruble strengthened in March due to a good trade balance and demand for ruble assets. At the same time, it is noted that due to the geopolitical situation and signals of maintaining tight monetary policy, the Moscow Exchange index showed negative dynamics at the end of the month.
