The German Sarah Wagenknecht Union Party (SSV) has lost two lawsuits in the Federal Constitutional Court against the Bundestag over the lack of a legally guaranteed opportunity to object if the party did not overcome the 5% barrier to entering parliament at the elections. Tagesspiegel writes about this on June 3.

"The applicant has not accurately substantiated his right to receive an exception from the legislation," the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany reported.

Earlier, on February 23, early elections to the Bundestag were held in Germany. The CDU/CSU opposition bloc won almost 28.6% of the vote. The second place was taken by AdG with 20.8%. The Free Democratic Party (FDP) and the Sarah Wagenknecht Union for Reason and Justice (SSV) failed to enter the Bundestag.

On April 8, NTV announced the conclusion of the SPD and CDU/CSU agreement on the formation of a ruling coalition in Germany. It was clarified that the negotiators had reached an agreement in principle on the controversial points of the future coalition agreement.
