Rospotrebnadzor has identified nine bathing spots in the Stavropol Territory

Rospotrebnadzor specialists have identified nine places in the Stavropol Territory where it is safe to swim. Water and soil quality monitoring was carried out at the water facilities.

The samples were examined according to sanitary-chemical, sanitary-microbiological and parasitological parameters. The agency recognized Komsomolsky pond in Stavropol, Yessentukskoye urban lake, the water area of the Novotroitskoye reservoir, a pond on the territory of the recreation center "Lesnoe Ozero" in the village of Verkhnerussky and a pond in the village of Kazinka as suitable for swimming. In addition, it is allowed to swim at the recreation center "Usadba Mope", a recreation center on the site of the water area of the Dark River in the village of Notification, a recreation center "Volcano" in the village of Tunnel and a recreation center on the site of the water area of the Klyuchevka river in the village of Kazinka. Rospotrebnadzor specialists note that swimming in reservoirs that have not passed the examination is prohibited and may pose a health hazard.

In Stavropol, the swimming season was opened on June 1.
