- The media learned about a possible NATO review of its vulnerabilities due to drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Russian Federation

NATO countries are thinking about the need to reconsider their weaknesses due to the attacks of Ukrainian drones on the Russian Federation. This was reported on June 3 by The New York Times (NYT).
James Patton Rogers, an expert from Cornell University, said that Western powers are particularly vulnerable at their extraterritorial military bases, such as the so-called water lilies located in the Middle East and Africa.
"Due to the actions of various extremist groups and other conditions on the ground, such bases cannot actually provide standard protection [of military equipment]," the expert said.
On June 2, Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region, announced that a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) had detonated on the territory of a commercial facility in the region. As a result, a civilian was injured, the man was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and barotrauma.
