Military personnel of the unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) calculations of the mountain motorized rifle unit of the Center group of forces destroyed the American M2 Bradley infantry fighting vehicle of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), having successfully applied an integrated approach to the use of Supercam reconnaissance UAVs and Molniya-2 aircraft-type attack drones in the Red Army area of the special operation zone. This was announced on June 3 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"We fly on a Molniya-2 aircraft-type FPV. Its payload weight is up to 7-10 kg, and the average operating range is 20-25 km," said Roman, a senior UAV operator.

Supercam reconnaissance drones, providing round-the-clock monitoring of the frontline, detect concentrations of manpower, armored vehicles and the movement of personnel in fortified positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. After receiving the coordinates of the target, operators of strike drones of the Molniya-2 aircraft type direct their drones at the target, destroying enemy dugouts and equipment along with its personnel. The data from the Supercam is used both for directing artillery fire and for targeting attack drones. This provides a comprehensive effect on the enemy.

The use of two types of modern drones has increased the effectiveness of the UAV calculations of the mountain motorized rifle unit. The combination of the Supercam's reconnaissance capabilities and the Lightning-2's striking power creates serious problems for the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the outskirts of Krasnoarmeysk.
