The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has not allowed the Russian men's national team to participate in the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milan. This was announced on June 2 by the press service of the organization.

"The International Ice Hockey Federation, following a request from the International Olympic Committee (IOC), has made a final decision not to allow the Russian national team to participate in the 2026 Olympic Games hockey tournament," RIA Novosti quoted the federation as saying.
