In St. Petersburg, an elderly woman died due to multiple burns after her robe caught fire from a stove. This was reported on Monday, June 2, by the 78 TV channel.

The incident occurred on May 25 with a 92-year-old female citizen. The victim was hospitalized. The pensioner was diagnosed with first, second, and third degree flame burns to her head, neck, and torso, shock, acute heart failure, and multiple organ failure syndrome. On the evening of June 1, she died.

Earlier it was reported that in the Kirov region, schoolchildren set fire to an eight-year-old girl at a bus stop. Doctors diagnosed her with burns to her shoulder and chest.
