In Rostov-on-Don, police officers detained another suspect in a robbery and theft of 127 million rubles from a courier in Moscow City. This was announced by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Irina Volk.

"As a result of joint actions of employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Rostov region and operatives of the Central District of the capital, another suspect was detained in Rostov-on-Don. During a personal search, 220 thousand rubles were seized from him, which he allegedly received as a reward for committing an illegal act," she said on the Telegram channel.

The events were held with the participation of the Russian Guard. Next, the man will be taken to Moscow for investigative actions in a criminal case.

Earlier, on May 28, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow arrested for two months two accused of robbery and theft of 127 million rubles in Moscow City.

On May 26, near Moscow City, the attackers stole 127 million rubles from a man and fled by taxi. It is reported that three unknown men approached the man on the embankment, after a conversation they beat him and took his suitcase.
