AI agent to be introduced in Moscow to prepare doctors for receiving patients

An AI agent has been introduced into the Moscow healthcare system. It can accumulate from the entire amount of data stored in the electronic medical record the information that the doctor needs during a particular appointment. This was stated by Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development.

According to her, today "it is important to ensure the sammarification of the card data not just for a certain period, but on the subject of the patient's treatment, whether it is complaints of high blood pressure or joint pain." "Making the reception personalized by selecting from the card all the necessary data on specific human complaints is the main task of modern digital services," said Rakova.

She added that "thanks to the sammarisation of a huge amount of data, the doctor sees everything that can be useful for making a final clinical decision, including important information on each specific patient's treatment."

The first step in a personalized patient's route is an online appointment through the Emias applications.Info", "Gosuslugi Moskvy", "Moya Moskvy" or on portals emias.info and mos.ru . The user specifies the purpose of the session and answers the questions suggested by the algorithm. This information is sent to the electronic medical record. Based on them, the Top-3 AI service generates the three most likely preliminary diagnoses. At the same time, the new AI agent creates a summary from the medical record with information related to the complaints that the patient indicated during the recording. The doctor gets access to the information before the appointment.

After the examination, the doctor updates the information, and can also adjust the set of studies and consultations proposed by the medical decision support system. Finally, another module is connected to the SRS — the system helps to formulate the most likely final diagnosis, providing an independent opinion to help the specialist.
