- The expert allowed the replacement of IT developers and copywriters with neural networks

IT developers and copywriters risk losing their jobs due to neural networks. This opinion was shared with Izvestia by HR expert Garry Muradian, head of the Amalco International recruitment Agency.
According to him, such a possibility also exists for logisticians, call center operators, data entry operators and specialists who are engaged in routine work, such as primary analysis of documents and materials.
However, according to the expert, representatives of creative professions have nothing to fear.
"Maybe [artificial intelligence can draw better than humans], but human labor will still be valued more in the market. <...> There have been various kinds of photoshop or something like that for decades, but art paintings are still in demand," he explained.
Muradian added that AI is more likely to become an assistant for creative specialists. He noted that it is important for them to master the skill of using neural networks in their work.
"I recommend studying what industrial engineering is. It's not even a science, it's just a technology of how to write a query into a neural network correctly in order to get the right answer. And if they (creative workers. They will be able to do this, they will continue to be competitive in the labor market," the expert concluded.
Earlier, on June 1, it was reported that up to 20% of employees may lose their jobs due to the growth of artificial intelligence capabilities. It could also lead to the destruction of 50% of entry-level jobs for white-collar workers.
