More than 500 Palestinians were injured and over 50 died as a result of the Israeli military operation in the Gaza Strip over the past day. This was announced on June 2 by the press service of the enclave's Ministry of Health.

"Over the past 24 hours, 52 victims have been admitted to hospitals in the Gaza Strip, 503 people have been injured," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

According to the Ministry of Health, a total of 54,470 people have died since the beginning of the armed conflict, and another 124 thousand have been injured.
