Rosobrnadzor issued warnings to 19 Russian universities

Rosobrnadzor warned 19 Russian universities against committing violations of mandatory requirements in the field of education. This was announced on June 2 on the official website of the department.

The list of Rosobrnadzor, which received a warning, includes large federal universities and private universities. Among them: Lomonosov Moscow State University, Rudn University, Higher School of Economics, Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

In addition to them, warnings were also sent to the Modern Technical University, St. Petersburg Mining University, Institute of Economics and Management, Slavic-Greek-Latin Academy, Celsus Medical Institute, Moscow Institute of Electrical Engineering, Moscow State Linguistic University, Moscow Polytechnic University, Saratov State University of Genetics, Vladimir State University, Novosibirsk University of Economics and Management, Pacific State University, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, Far Eastern Federal University and the State University of Management.

Rosobrnadzor drew attention to the need to comply with the established standards. The Agency also called for measures to address the shortcomings.

Earlier, on January 20, Rosobrnadzor revoked the license to allow the organization of the educational process from the Yakut Humanitarian Institute, as the institution violated the requirements of the law. The agency also warned five more universities and reminded them about the inadmissibility of violating the requirements of state control.
