Izvestia has learned the identity of the alleged driver of the Rolls-Royce that hit the biker in St. Petersburg, Sergei Sosorev, 37-year—old chairman of the board of TSN Vsevolozhsky 29, founder of a tobacco and shag manufacturing company, as well as three companies involved in the restaurant business and grocery delivery.

In addition, as follows from the video available to Izvestia, the alleged passenger of the white Rolls-Royce twisted the license plates from the car in order to make it difficult for law enforcement officers to identify it further.

Riding into the unknown: the court replaced the driver who left the scene of the accident with a fine.
