In Khabarovsk, the deputy mayor of the city was brought to administrative responsibility. During a prosecutor's inspection of road safety in the Central District of the city, it was found that the road sections did not comply with regulatory requirements. Their condition leads to an increase in accidents and injuries on the city's road network.

A corresponding submission has been submitted to the Khabarovsk administration. According to IA AmurMedia, with reference to the press service of the regional supervisory authority, an administrative case has been initiated against the Deputy mayor for industry, transport, communications and work with law enforcement agencies.

At the end of April, it was reported that the city authorities had allocated 2.2 billion rubles for road repairs in Khabarovsk in 2025. This is 700 million rubles more than in 2024. This was announced by the mayor of the city Sergey Kravchuk. According to the mayor, the list of facilities for renovation has been coordinated with public organizations, including those that represent the interests of people with disabilities.
