SOGAZ Insurance Company has developed a digital platform "Sustainable Health" for comprehensive employee health management and reduction of business economic losses due to sick leave. The presentation of the system took place at the CIPR-2025 conference in Nizhny Novgorod.

The platform is a single digital interface with detailed analytics on employee morbidity. Sustainable Health collects and accumulates data from various sources, such as VMI, clinic IT systems, and HR analytics.

The system helps to identify risks and predict sick days, form recommendations for working with target groups on health, plan preventive measures and monitor their effectiveness, the company noted. The purpose of the development is to increase the effectiveness of the use of VMI programs, strengthen early disease prevention and increase the expected healthy life expectancy of employees in accordance with the objectives of the national Health project.

Pilot projects using the platform have been launched at a number of enterprises in the oil and gas industry. Preliminary results show a 15-20% reduction in occupational morbidity in the target groups.

"By the end of 2025, we expect the platform to be implemented by our other customers, including those from the chemical industry and the energy sector," said Natalia Komarova, the company's executive director.

According to Tatiana Tamgina, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of SOGAZ, the development of the platform is in line with the company's strategy for the digital transformation of insurance services and the creation of an ecosystem to protect the health of employees. SOGAZ customers can test the platform as an addition to the VMI program.
