Experts spoke about the trends in the rental market of country houses

By the beginning of summer, the demand for long-term rental of suburban real estate in the largest Russian regions had doubled. This was reported in the analytical center "Domclick".

According to experts, in addition to seasonal factors, the rapid development of domestic tourism also affects the growth of the market. In all the regions studied, experts noticed a significant reduction in the volume of supply. At the same time, in 13 of the 16 regions, the indicators decreased by 50% or more.

At the same time, the Moscow Region is the leader in terms of supply, with its share of 34% among regions with cities with a population of one million. The Krasnodar Territory is in second place (21%), and the Leningrad Region is in third (13%).

Rental prices have increased in all regions except the Voronezh and Novosibirsk regions. Tatarstan has become the growth leader, where the monthly rental rate has increased by a third year-on-year. Prices in the Moscow region have increased by more than 20%. The Nizhny Novgorod region closes the top three, where rent has risen in price by 17%.

The most expensive rent was recorded in the Leningrad region (77 thousand rubles) and in the Moscow region (75.7 thousand). Next are the Rostov Region (55.5 thousand rubles), Tatarstan (54.3 thousand) and the Krasnodar Territory (52.7 thousand). Rent of a country house with an area of 100 sq. m in the Novosibirsk region and the Perm region. m will cost 50 thousand rubles.

The cheapest rental is in the Omsk region, where the cost is 23.4 thousand rubles per month.

The calculations are based on Domclick ads for long-term rentals (for one month or more) of country houses in regions centered on a city of one million people. The data is current as of the end of May 2025.
