The women's unit first appeared in the volunteer detachment "Tiger" from Primorsky Krai, five girls will go to the SVO zone as medical instructors. This was announced on June 2 by the governor of the region Oleg Kozhemyako.

"All of them have been asking to volunteer for the front for a long time — to our fellow countrymen and literally flooded the command with letters asking them to join the squad. Five brave girls will help our fighters as medical instructors," Kozhemyako said in his Telegram channel.

The governor added that Ekaterina Vannikova, the head of the Olginsky Municipal District, is one of them.

On May 13, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with members of the all-Russian public organization Delovaya Rossiya, noted that at least 50,000 volunteers come to serve in the Russian army every month, while in Ukraine their number is 30 thousand people. According to the head of state, Kiev is engaged in forced mobilization.
