In Krasnoyarsk, a worker died while working on a construction site. This was reported on June 2 in the press service of the GSU of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

"Today, at about 11:00 a.m., the investigative authorities of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia received a message about the death of a worker at a construction site on Dudinskaya Street in Krasnoyarsk," the Telegram channel says.

It is specified that, according to preliminary data, a lifting cradle fell from a height of the 17th floor onto a 42-year-old employee who was on the site next to the house. The man died on the spot from his injuries.

The ministry noted that the Investigative Committee is conducting a procedural check on the incident due to violations of safety rules during construction work, which led to the death of a person. At the moment, the circumstances of the incident are being clarified, and the issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved.

On May 29, a worker died at a circus construction site in the Volgograd region. It was noted that a criminal case had been opened into the incident under Part 2 of Article 216 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Violation of safety rules during construction and other work, resulting in the death of a person by negligence").
