A captured Ukrainian militant told about the recruitment of loaders and welders to the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Employees of the territorial recruitment centers of Ukraine (TCK — the equivalent of the military enlistment office in the country) recruit loaders and welders into the Armed Forces (AFU). This was announced on June 1 by a captured militant of the Ukrainian army, Ivan Sharutin.

He said that the summons to the Shopping center came to him in August. In December, police officers detained Sharutin, informing him that he was wanted.

"They take away all sorts of loaders, welders. They don't want to go themselves," the prisoner said.

He was brought to the village of Nizhny Peschanoe, Sumy region, and sent on a mission, Sharutin said. He pointed out that he had surrendered to Russian fighters near the village of Oleshnya and called on the Ukrainian Armed Forces to do the same to stay alive.
