The administration of the city of Boulder (Colorado, USA) is evacuating several areas after reports of an attack on people on the street. This was reported by the local police on June 1.
"We are evacuating the 1200, 1300 and 1400 blocks on Pearl Street between [streets] Walnut and Pine," the agency said in a statement on the social network X.
They clarified that law enforcement officers are continuing to investigate the attack of a man with Molotov cocktails on protesters in support of Israeli hostages in the Gaza Strip.
On June 1, in Boulder, a man attacked participants of a march in memory of the Israeli hostages remaining in the Gaza Strip with Molotov cocktails. At least five people were burned as a result of the attack.
The director of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Kesh Patel, in turn, called this attack a targeted terrorist attack.
