The State Duma proposed to soften the law on restrictions on tinting car windows

A bill to ease restrictions on tinting the front side windows of cars was proposed by State Duma deputies from the LDPR faction. This was announced on June 2 by Yaroslav Nilov, head of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans' Affairs, in his Telegram channel.
"Direct scorching rays of the sun provoke overheating of the cabin, increased fuel consumption due to the need to use air conditioning, and also negatively affect the driver's eyesight and general well-being. <...> Our bill proposes to give car owners the right to use tinting on the front side windows, provided that their light transmission is at least 60% of the indicator established by the requirements of the technical regulations," the message says.
Nilov notes that the fine for violating the law should be increased in different cases from one to three thousand rubles.
Earlier, on June 1, State Duma deputies from the LDPR faction proposed a ban on the use of overbooking by air carriers. The bill notes that the reason for the emergence of this mechanism is the desire of air carriers to achieve maximum economic benefits.
