In the American city of Boulder (Colorado), a man attacked participants of a march in memory of the Israeli hostages remaining in the Gaza Strip with Molotov cocktails. This was reported on June 1 by CBS News.

"Witnesses at the scene reported that the suspect attacked people participating in a march in memory of the Israeli hostages remaining in the Gaza Strip with molotov cocktails," the publication says.

According to sources, at least five people were burned as a result of the attack. Moreover, two were taken to the hospital by a medical helicopter.

"This is not a protest, this is a peaceful walk in solidarity with the hostages and their families, as well as a call for their release," said representatives of the Run For Their Lives organization, which conducted the march.

According to their data, about 30 people took part in the march.

On May 21, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared his readiness for a cease-fire in order to free the hostages. He added that Israel would be ready to end the war in Gaza if all hostages were released, the enclave was completely demilitarized, and the Hamas movement left the Gaza Strip. After the completion of Operation Gideon's Chariots, Israel will take control of all of Gaza, Netanyahu stressed.
