Emergency power outage due to bad weather occurred in Chuvashia
An emergency power outage occurred in seven settlements of the Chuvash Republic. This was announced on June 1 by the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in its Telegram channel.
"As a result of the passage of adverse meteorological phenomena (thunderstorms, heavy rain, increased wind gusts up to 20 m / s) in four municipalities — Morgaushsky, Mariinsko-Posadsky, Kanashsky and Cheboksary municipal districts — an emergency power outage occurred in seven settlements," the report said.
At the moment, four brigades, 12 people and four units of special equipment are taking part in the emergency recovery work.
Earlier, on May 26, there was a power outage in 13 settlements of the Belgorod region. According to Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the region, the emergency services began to eliminate the consequences after coordinating actions with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
