Since the beginning of the year, the Moscow authorities have allocated two sites for the construction of new production facilities as part of the implementation of large-scale investment projects. This was announced on Sunday, June 1, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

He recalled that "the city supports the development of industrial potential by providing investors with preferential terms for renting land for the construction of enterprises," the Moscow City News agency notes.

According to him, since the beginning of this year, 1.6 hectares of land have been allocated to investors in the west and east of the capital at a rate of one ruble per year. An industrial complex will be built there, where several manufacturers and a food processing plant will be able to work. As a result, 300 jobs will be created, RT clarifies.

So, an industrial technopark will be built in the Novokosino area, its area will be 14 thousand square meters.
