The competition was attended by experienced athletes and fishing enthusiasts. The final was won by Alexander Uzelkov, a master of sports from Serpukhov, a two-time silver medalist of the Russian Championship in the team competition and a bronze medalist of the Russian Championship in the individual competition. His catch was more than 13 kg. The winner was awarded a symbolic Moscow Seasons cup and the main cash prize — a certificate for 1 million rubles. The second and third place winners received certificates for 500 and 300 thousand rubles, respectively.

The award ceremony was conducted by Anton Kochelaev, a journalist and commentator of the All-Russian Golden Pike Perch team tournament. In particular, he noted the transformation of the capital's embankments. "Now you can take a walk and fish quietly right in the city. Such tournaments are a great opportunity to promote fishing," said Kochelaev.

Stanislav Radzishevsky, a three—time world champion and host of the Hunting and Fishing channel, also presented awards to the winners. According to him, during such competitions, "participants will learn about the state of water resources, the rules of nature protection and the need to take care of nature." In this regard, Moscow has something to be proud of: recently, "fish have been doing just fine in Moscow's reservoirs," Radzishevsky added.
