Forced evacuation zone expanded in Dnipropetrovsk region


In the Dnipropetrovsk region of Ukraine, the forced evacuation zone has been expanded by another 14 settlements. This was announced by the head of the military administration of the region Sergey Lysak.
"Due to the security situation, we are introducing a second wave of forced evacuation from Sinelnikovshchina. This time, of the five frontline settlements of the Mezhevskaya community, seven of the Velikomikhailovskaya and two of the Malomikhailovskaya," follows from the publication in the Telegram channel.
It is specified that the locals will be taken out within two months. According to Lysak, law enforcement agencies, humanitarian organizations, the district administration, and the local government are involved in the evacuation.
Oleg Grigorov, head of the regional military administration of the Sumy region, announced on May 31 that the mandatory evacuation of residents from 11 more settlements had been announced in the region. Their residents will be provided with transportation and temporary accommodation.
