Pushkov pointed to Merkel's hatred of Europe because of her call for migrants

Former German Chancellor Angela Merkel demands from Europe a loyal policy towards migrants. This was announced on June 1 by the head of the Federation Council Commission on information policy, Alexei Pushkov.
He stressed that Merkel supports the reception and provision of migrants who have arrived in the European Union (EU).
"Angela Merkel hates Europe," he said on his Telegram channel.
Earlier, on May 8, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced that he would declare an emergency in Germany due to problems with migrants. In case of activation of article 72 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, refugees will be denied asylum. In addition, border controls will be strengthened and deportation procedures will be accelerated.
In addition, on May 7, the Bild newspaper reported that migrants are banned from entering all German land borders, even if they request asylum. Also on that day, an oral order was given to the German Federal Police Department to strengthen border controls and increase refusals when trying to enter the country.
