The French club PSG has won the Champions League for the first time in its history.

The French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) on Saturday, May 31, became the winner of the UEFA Champions League for the first time in its history.

In the final match of the championship, held at the Allianz Arena in Munich, PSG defeated FC Inter 5-0, Sport-Express reports.

Desiree Douai scored goals (20th and 63rd minutes), Ashraf Hakimi (12th), Hvicha Kvaratskhelia (73rd) and Senni Mayulu (86th) each scored a goal.

The reserve goalkeeper of PSG was the goalkeeper of the Russian national team Matvey Safonov. He became the fifth Russian football player to win the Champions League.

French football club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) beat English Arsenal on May 7 and reached the final of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League for the second time in history.
