Passengers of the Klimov – Moscow train damaged as a result of the collapse of the bridge have been evacuated to a temporary accommodation facility, from where they will be sent to the railway station. This was announced on June 1 by Russian Railways in the Telegram channel.

"Passengers of the Klimov–Moscow train No. 86 have been evacuated to a temporary accommodation facility at Vygonichi station, from where buses are being transported to Bryansk-Orlovsky Station," the statement said.

In the PVR, the victims will be provided with water and food. They will also be accompanied by medical teams.

Later, passengers will be able to continue along the route on a specially formed Bryansk – Moscow reserve train.

The collapse of the bridge with cars on it onto the Klimov – Moscow passenger train occurred on the evening of May 31. The governor of the region, Alexander Bogomaz, said that seven people were killed, and 30 more were taken to hospitals.

According to the press service of the Moscow Railway (MZhD), the collapse occurred due to "illegal interference in the activities of transport." The Moscow Transport Prosecutor's Office has begun an inspection.
